I want to find out how to make sherbet.

Method:
Equipment:
- Icing sugar and Raro
- Cup or any other sort of container
- Citric Acid
- Baking powder.
- Popsicle stick for mixing.
- Tea spoon.
Intrusctions:
- Get your equipment
- Add some teaspoon sugar/raro to the cup.
- Add half a teaspoon of baking powder
- Add half of acid to the cup.
- Mix with the stick.
- Taste the sherbet and adjust the flavour.
In the nothing was happening but there was just powder in the cup.
In my mouth it bubbles because in the sherbet is baking soda.
The sicentif word for Fizzing is effervescence.
